Visual Workflow Designer

Visual workflow builder is a web-based interface that facilitates modeling and visualizing workflows for CapEx and OpEx. This can be used by even a non-technical user to drag and drop workflow elements and steps into the right place to incorporate business rules wherever needed to make business decisions.

When they exceed the provided time limit, it's automatically escalated and brought to the manager's notice. The employee receives a notification as well. Managers can choose to assign overdue notifications every day, every week or periodically. The authorized person can choose to notify or assign it to a different employee to make sure the work that's overdue doesn't affect the overall business process.

Vacations & Delegation Process

With an easy to use vacations and delegation system, FINIX simplifies the process keeping people notified of your vacations and to ensure the work is being carried out. The authorized person can choose to assign the work to a different person if the assigned employee is on vacation for a longer period of time. On the same lines, any team member can choose to delegate to a fellow teammate in their absence.
