TM Forum’s Digital Maturity Model

  • Data – Assesses the enterprise’s ability to use data strategically, operationally, ethically and effectively to generate peak business value.

Within the above dimensions, there are 25+ sub-dimensions and 139 criteria; along with 5 possible digital maturity levels and 30strategic KPIs for assessing digital maturity.
